Xbox 360 Version 2.0

A couple of days ago, over at Xbox-evolved, they talked about "forwards compatibility". I don't know. I am still confused, because if the next-gen Xbox (lets say we call it the 720) can play 360 discs and improve graphics, isn't that still just "backwards compatiblity"?

Read that article if you want, but this is just drivel. Marketing scene kids creating new buzzwords so they get a wikipedia entry.  What difference does it make to the average gamer? It will be aeons (in gaming years) until the "720" comes out, so them talking about is like a banana in front of donkey and the donkey wondering where is the carrot.

Here's something they should be talking about. THREE RED RINGS. Or perhaps if they have got the time, Microsoft improved their Standards Testing, so we can get glitch free games?  Or even think of a better name than "720" ?  720 is too predictable. In fact some tool has already taken xbox720.com when I tried to register it. So make the name to "Xbox 360 Version 2.0" then I can register that and that tool can feel pain.
