Before you ask who Roger Daltrey is, he is old school rock. In fact he is so old school, he should be classed as "ancient school". He was lead singer in the band "The Who" which rocked around in the 60's and says that MTV's Rock Band game sucks. Read the article here.
To be honest he didn't actually said it sucked, more like he got bored with it. But in translation of urban speak, he said the game "sucked". Now everyone is entitled to their own IMO (In My Opinion - that's for you Roger in case you get confused) , but there should be a stature of limitations on how long ago you actually made a difference. Someone who is 64 shouldn't really comment on a video game he has played once. Like he was comparing it to Grand Theft Auto IV or something.
The fact "The Who" also just licensed downloadable tracks for the game makes this even more amusing. He comments that "Scrapping long-play records signaled the death of the music industry" and "They've destroyed the form, as soon's it went digital" Ok, if I was the interviewer I would have stopped him right there.
"Sorry dude, what's a long play record?"
